With its breathtaking views over the Mediterranean at Port Olympic, the Hotel Arts Barcelona has arguably one of the best views in Spain! Dubbed by the Sunday Times Magazine as “endlessly cool”, this impeccably run Ritz Carlton property, with its privileged location, makes it an unrivaled venue for both business and pleasure alike.

This special venue that MHA has selected for its Inaugural European Conference & Trade Show will be available at the group rate for two days pre/post convention allowing more time to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona. We are pleased to offer you the following group rate at Hotel Arts.

Reservations must be received by the hotel no later than October 1st, 2010 in order to take advantage of the MHA group rates. Reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

8% VAT will be added to the room rate. Rates are based on double occupancy. A maximum of two (2) children under the age of 12 are complimentary. An additional charge of €121 per day for each additional person over the age of 12. Individual reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the full stay.

The utilization of hotel suites for purposes of hospitality or meetings must be limited to times that do not conflict or overlap in any way with the official Conference and Trade Show activities. Your cooperation is appreciated.

All booths must be ready for final inspection by show management at 10:00am, Thursday, November 4th. Each booth must have a company representative in the booth at the time of final inspection.

Tear down begins on Friday, November 5th after 3:00pm. No company may dismantle their booth prior to 3:00pm.

Full payment on all reserved booth space is due fourteen (14) days from confirmation and invoicing. Each booth reserved comes with one (1) complimentary registration which includes all social events, business sessions, seminars and trade show. Each additional full registration is $400 (spouse $200). There is no additional charge for staff assisting in your booth and not attending the social events.

Full company registration: $400
(one-time charge covers all company staff attending the full program)

Trade Show Only: No Charge

Cruiseline and ferry companies are invited to bring as many of their purchasing and operations personnel as they wish for the cost of one full registration. Please include your list of personnel that will be attending on this registration form, attaching an additional sheet if necessary. There is no charge for cruiseline or ferry personnel attending just the trade show.

Trade Show Only Attendees: Please download the Cruiseline-Ferry Delegate registration form below and return it directly to MHA headquarters. You my also email us a list of attendees.

Payment
Registration fees may be settled by wire transfer (contact MHA for bank details), or charged to a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express account.
